8 chicken drumsticks (2 lb./900 g)
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix

Step 1
Make 3 deep crosswise cuts in each drumstick; place in shallow dish. Mix soy sauce and vinegar; drizzle over chicken. Turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375ºF. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any remaining coating mix.
Step 3
Bake 40 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).
