1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce
2-1/2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 lb. (340 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2-1/2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. each minced garlic and gingerroot
3 cups frozen Asian mixed vegetables
1 cup frozen edamame (shelled)
2-2/3 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup fresh bean sprouts

Step 1
Mix barbecue sauce, water and lime juice until blended.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in large deep nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is evenly browned. Add mixed vegetables and edamame; stir-fry 2 to 4 min. or until chicken is done.
Step 3
Stir in barbecue sauce mixture. Add rice; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in onions and sesame oil. Top with bean sprouts.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute cut-up pork loin or firm tofu for the chicken. If using tofu, add it to the skillet along with the frozen mixed vegetables and edamame.
