2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 each bone-in chicken breasts and legs (4 lb./1.8 kg)
1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Heinz Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup liquid honey
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. grated gingerroot
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Mix lemon juice, oil and garlic until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken pieces. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except cilantro.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 30 min. or until done (165ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with ketchup mixture for the last 10 min.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to platter; sprinkle with cilantro.

Oven-Baked Honey-Mustard Chicken
Marinate chicken as directed. Meanwhile, prepare ketchup mixture. Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Pour ketchup mixture over chicken in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
