1 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
4 cups small broccoli florets, blanched, cooled and finely chopped
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 40% less-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup Renée's Caesar Dressing

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients; cook on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until cream cheese product is completely melted, ingredients are well blended and dip is heated through, stirring constantly.

How to Quickly Chop the Broccoli
Use pulsing action of food processor to process the blanched broccoli until finely chopped.
How to Blanch the Broccoli
Add broccoli to saucepan of boiling water; let stand 2 min. Drain, then immediately add broccoli to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
