2 cloves garlic, divided
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
4 cups Italian bread cubes (1 inch)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
10 fresh basil leaves, torn
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mince 1 garlic clove; combine with 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium bowl. Add bread cubes; toss to coat. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning every 4 min. Cool.
Cut remaining garlic clove in half; rub cut sides of garlic inside surface of salad bowl. Add croutons, remaining dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and lemon juice to bowl; mix lightly.

Add 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese to the salad with the vegetables.
