1/3 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 small fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 plain bagels, split
1 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

Step 1
Combine chili sauce, vegetables, garlic and cumin. Cut 2-1/2-inch piece out of centre of each bagel half. Discard or reserve removed pieces for another use.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Place bagel halves, cut sides down, in skillet. Slip cracked egg into centre of each bagel half; cover. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
Step 3
Top eggs with chili sauce mixture and cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

How to Use the Removed Bagel Pieces
