1 cup each: raisins and small diced cucumber
1-1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
3 Tbsp. mango chutney (optional)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Toasted shredded coconut

STEAM cauliflower and carrots. Add raisins, cucumber and rice.

COMBINE dressing, chutney and curry powder. Add dressing to vegetables and toss well. Chill. Garnish with coconut.
