3 cups small fresh cauliflower florets
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cups tightly packed fresh spinach
1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
1/4 tsp. garam masala
1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first 3 ingredients; spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 15 min.
Meanwhile, mix dressing and garam masala until blended.
Toss spinach with cauliflower and dressing mixture; top with nuts and cilantro.

Omit cayenne pepper and oil. Prepare salad as directed, but do not roast the cauliflower.
