1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
4 eggs

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Combine nuts, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and flour in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and liqueur; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Step 4
Pour cream cheese batter over crust. Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
