How do I make it ?
Cook meat and onions in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour, uncovering after 30 min. Discard bay leaf.
