3 cups scoobi doo pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese, divided
1-1/3 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook 5 min or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture in skillet; toss to evenly coat. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan and half the mozzarella. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses. Cover.
Step 5
Bake 30 min., uncovering for the last 10 min.
