1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended. Spoon 2 Tbsp. into shallow dish. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan and garlic powder; mix well. Set aside. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture into separate shallow dish.
Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in plain cream cheese mixture, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken breast. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Serve with your favourite steamed fresh vegetable, such as broccoli or asparagus.
Serve with lemon slices for squeezing over the baked chicken.
