How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat panini grill.
Step 2
Combine vegetables and olives. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese onto bottom half of each bun. Cover with meat, vegetable mixture, remaining cheese and tops of buns.
Step 3
Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil.
Step 4
Grill 6 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwiches 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down tops of sandwiches with spatula to flatten slightly as they cook.
