1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
1 onion, chopped
1 9-inch. prepared pie crust
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Step 1
Brown crumbled sausage and onion in oil, in frypan over medium heat, until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Spoon into bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 2
Combine soup, eggs and oregano. Pour over sausage.
Step 3
Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 375°F and bake 25-30 minutes or until pie is set.
