1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
4 cups chopped stemmed kale
3 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Step 1
Crumble sausage into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain sausage; return to skillet. Add kale; cook and stir 3 min. or until kale is softened. Remove sausage mixture from skillet. Cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Use same skillet to prepare stuffing mixes as directed on package. Remove from heat. Stir in sausage mixture and nuts.

How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavour. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts onto bottom of shallow pan. Bake in 350°F oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Or to toast nuts on the stovetop, cook nuts in skillet on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup nuts in microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until nuts are fragrant and lightly browned, stirring every 30 sec.
