220 g spaghetti, uncooked
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 cup light sour cream
1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled
1 can (5.5 fl oz/156 mL) tomato paste
1 cup water
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Place in large bowl. Add eggs; mix lightly. Press onto bottom and up side of 10-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream; spoon into spaghetti shell. Set aside. Brown sausage; drain. Stir in tomato paste and water; simmer 10 min.; stirring occasionally. Spoon over sour cream mixture.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. Top with shredded cheese; bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.
