1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
4 sole fillets (1 lb./450 g)
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fillets. Refrigerate 30 min. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in separate shallow dish.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350ºF. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Remove fish from dressing; discard dressing. Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Place on prepared baking sheet. Spread with chili sauce; top with vegetables and mozzarella.
Step 4
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Drizzle with lemon juice.
