1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Brown meat with onions and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until mushrooms release most of their liquid, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, broth and seasoning; stir. Bring just to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 20 min.
Remove from heat. Stir in dressing and cheese.

Stir 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil into hot soup just before serving.
Serve with a slice of whole grain bread, and a quick side salad made with seasonal fresh salad greens.
