1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
3/4 cup flour
2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place potatoes in medium bowl; cool 15 min.
Step 2
Heat oven to 425°F. Empty coating mix into pie plate. Mash potatoes. Add flour and cheese; mix well. Stir in egg. Shape into 1-inch balls, using about 1 Tbsp. potato mixture for each. Roll, 1 at a time, in coating mix until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Bake 15 min., turning after 8 min. A few minutes before potato poppers are done, heat pasta sauce.
Step 4
Serve poppers with pasta sauce.

Prepare using a combination of 1-1/2 cups Kraft Creamy Mozz Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia and 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese.
Make Ahead
Shape potato mixture into cheese balls as directed; place on rimmed baking sheet and freeze until firm. Transfer to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; freeze up to 2 months. When ready to serve, transfer poppers to rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 425°F oven 18 to 20 min. or until heated through and lightly browned. No need to thaw before baking.
Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil to cooled potato mixture before shaping into balls.
