Pierce each pepper in about 8 places with sharp knife; add to prepared drink.

Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper in small shallow bowl. Pour 2 Tbsp. water into second small shallow bowl. Dip rim of each glass into water, then sugar mixture. Carefully pour prepared drink into prepared glasses. Add ice. Serve with colourful straws.
