"Clouds" of whipped topping are layered with blue jelly and then topped with marshmallow stars in this no-bake family favourite dessert.

1 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Berry Blue Jelly Powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
4 large Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
coloured sugar

How do I make it ?

Step 1
DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until jelly thickens (about 3 to 5 minutes). Remove any unmelted ice.
Step 2
SPOON thickened jelly into dessert dishes, alternating with spoonfuls of whipped topping, to form 'clouds'. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Step 3
GARNISH with additional whipped topping and marshmallows, cut into star shapes and sprinkle with coloured sugar.
