1 pkg (4 serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
Rind from 1 medium orange
1 9 inch ready made pie crust or flan
4 cups fresh blueberries, washed and dried
1/2 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam

How do I make it ?

Step 1
WHISK together instant pudding and milk. NOTE: mixture will be thick.
Step 2
FOLD in whipped topping and orange rind.
Step 3
POUR filling into pie crust or flan. Spoon blueberries over filling.
Step 4
MELT jam over low heat. Strain, discarding seeds. Spoon remaining jam over blueberries. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
