CUT oranges in half. Scoop out flesh with a spoon, leaving shells intact. Place shells in muffin pan. Chop cranberries, sugar and orange flesh in food processor.
Step 2
DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Fold in cranberry mixture.
Step 3
FILL orange shells with jelly and cranberry mixture. Pour remaining mixture into a lightly greased 4 cup (1 L) mold. Refrigerate until set.
Step 4
CUT oranges into wedges; and invert mold onto serving plate.
