4-2/3 cups water, divided
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
2/3 cup sugar, divided
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Berry Blue Jelly Powder

Step 1
Place 1 (5-oz.) paper cup at an angle in each of 12 muffin pan cups.
Step 2
Bring 1 cup water to boil. Combine dry strawberry jelly powder and 1/3 cup sugar in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until jelly powder is completely dissolved. Stir in 1-1/3 cups of the remaining water. Pour into paper cups.
Step 3
Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until jelly is almost firm. Stand wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in centre of each cup for the handle.
Step 4
Combine dry blue jelly powder and remaining sugar in separate medium bowl. Bring 1 cup of the remaining water to boil. Add to blue jelly mixture; stir 2 min. until jelly powder is completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water. Straighten cups to stand level in muffin pan. Slowly pour blue jelly over strawberry jelly layers in cups.
Step 5
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove pops from cups before serving.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Cups
Place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 sec. Press firmly onto bottoms of cups to release pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)
