1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1 banana, thinly sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped peeled apples

Step 1
Add boiling water to jelly powder in bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring milk and sugar to boil in saucepan, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Stir cardamom into milk mixture. Cut jelly into 1-inch squares; stir into milk mixture with fruit just before serving.
