DISSOLVE MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee in 1 cup (250 mL) water.
COMBINE in large bowl 1 package JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding, chocolate cake mix, eggs and oil; add coffee. Blend well, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
POUR into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool on rack.
SPREAD cake with 1 (500 mL) tub thawed COOL WHIP . Sprinkle cake with chocolate, grated.
