Step 1
Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Pour into 9-inch square pan. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
Step 3
Spoon frozen jelly mixture into large bowl just before serving. Beat with mixer on high speed until smooth.
