8 cups popped popcorn
1 cup peanuts
1/4 cup butter
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder

Step 1
Heat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil or parchment. Combine popcorn and nuts in large bowl.
Step 3
Cook butter and corn syrup in small saucepan on low heat until butter is melted. Add sugar and dry jelly powder; cook and stir 2 min. until jelly powder is completely dissolved. Bring to boil on medium heat; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Pour immediately over popcorn mixture; mix lightly. Use 2 forks to evenly spread popcorn mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake 10 min. Cool completely. Remove from pan before breaking popcorn mixture into small pieces.

For a large crowd, prepare 3 batches of Jell-O Rainbow Popcorn, using a different flavour of Jell-O Jelly Powder for each batch. Break into pieces as directed. To add a festive touch, place in alternating layers in large glass bowl to serve.
