5 cups boiling water
4 pkg. (85 g each) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
8 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
1/3 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
5 drops green food colouring
8 candy-coated chocolate pieces

Step 1
Add boiling water to jelly powders in 2-L round casserole sprayed with cooking spray; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 2
Unmold jelly onto plate. Split 2 cookies in half. Add 2 cookie halves to jelly for the jack-o'-lantern's eyes. Cut remaining 2 cookie halves into 3 triangles each. Top jelly with 1 triangle for the nose; add remaining cookie triangles for the mouth. Stack remaining cookies into 2 piles of 3 cookies each. Place on jelly as shown in photo for the pumpkin's stem.
Step 3
Tint Cool Whip with food colouring; spread over cookie stem. Decorate face with candy-coated chocolate pieces.

Quick Jelly Set
Add 2 cups boiling water to jelly powder; stir 4 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in 3 cups cold water; pour into mold. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
How to Secure the Decorations
Use dabs of additional Cool Whip to secure the decorations to the jelly.
