3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg (10 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Raspberry Jelly Powder or your favourite flavour
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, thawed

How do I make it ?
POUR boiling water into blender container. Add jelly powder and blend at low speed until dissolved, about 30 sec.
COMBINE cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to jelly and stir until ice is partially melted, then blend at high speed for 10 sec. Add whipped topping and blend 15 sec.
POUR half the mixture into straight-sided parfait glasses, then fill with remaining mixture. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
