How do I make it ?
Toss DIANA Classic Jerk Chicken with marinade and onions.
Top 1 bread slice with chicken mixture, peppers and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover with remaining bread slice. Spread outside of sandwich with margarine.
Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. per side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
