1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
2 mangos, cut into wedges
2 fresh pears, sliced
2 navel oranges, segmented
1 jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
seeds from 1 pomegranate (about 3/4 cup)
4 fresh mint sprigs

How do I make it ?
Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended; stir in Cool Whip.
Combine all remaining ingredients except pomegranate seeds and mint; spoon onto centre of large plate.
Spoon Cool Whip mixture around fruit mixture to resemble wreath; top with pomegranate seeds. Garnish with mint.
