Delight the whole gang with this family-size sandwich, featuring crispy chicken, tomato sauce and cheese on garlic bread ciabatta.

2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup eachKraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3/4 lb. (340 g) chicken cutlets
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 ciabatta loaf, split
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

How do I make it ?
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish until blended. Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and pepper in separate shallow dish.
Dip both sides of each chicken cutlet, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cutlet with each ingredient; place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with oil.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done. Meanwhile, bring ketchup, basil, vinegar and half the garlic to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove chicken from broiler. Mix butter and remaining garlic until blended. Place bread, cut sides up, on baking sheet; spread with butter mixture. Broil 2 min. or until golden brown.
Place chicken on bottom half of bread; top with ketchup mixture and mozzarella. Broil 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted; cover with top of bread.

Prepare using Italian bread or 4 ciabatta sandwich buns.
Add cooked sliced green peppers, onions and/or fresh mushrooms to sandwich filling.
Substitute Heinz Chili Sauce for the ketchup.
