1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup each Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3/4 lb. (340 g) chicken cutlets
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 ciabatta loaf, split
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat broiler.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish until blended. Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and pepper in separate shallow dish.
Step 3
Dip both sides of each chicken cutlet, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cutlet with each ingredient; place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with oil.
Step 4
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done. Meanwhile, bring ketchup, basil, vinegar and half the garlic to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Remove chicken from broiler. Mix butter and remaining garlic until blended. Place bread, cut sides up, on baking sheet; spread with butter mixture. Broil 2 min. or until golden brown.
Step 6
Place chicken on bottom half of bread; top with ketchup mixture and mozzarella. Broil 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted; cover with top of bread.
