How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix meat, 2 Tbsp. dressing, cracker crumbs and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 8 (5x3/4-inch) logs.
Grill 12 min. or until done (160ºF), turning occasionally and adding pitas to barbecue for the last 1 to 2 min. to grill until warmed. Meanwhile, combine vegetables, tomatoes and remaining dressing.
Top salad with kabobs and cheese. Serve with pitas.
