1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
dash black pepper
1 multi-grain pita bread (6 inch), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8 cups chopped stemmed kale
1/2 cup Renée's Chipotle Caesar Dressing
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Mix oil, garlic and pepper until blended. Add to bread in medium bowl; toss until evenly coated. Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until bread is crisp and golden brown, turning after 5 min. Cool completely.
Step 4
Toss kale with dressing in large bowl until evenly coated. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Top with pita pieces.
