4 cups peeled sweet potato cubes (1/2 inch)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise, divided
4 cups thinly sliced stemmed fresh kale
1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
6 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cooked, crumbled

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Toss potatoes with thyme and half the mayonnaise; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 10 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining mayonnaise with all remaining ingredients except bacon in large bowl.
Add warm potatoes to kale mixture; mix lightly. Let stand 20 min.
Top with bacon before serving.
