Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec.
Step 2
Stir in vegetables, paneer and seasonings; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and paneer is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
