How do I make it ?

Spoon into 1-L microwaveable serving dish; top with salsa, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until cheese is melted; top with lettuce and crushed chips.

Place tortilla chips in resealable bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air; seal bag. Finely crush chips by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.
