1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Smart Vegetables Macaroni and Cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground chicken
1 cup canned diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

Prepare Kraft Dinner Smart as directed on package.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec. Stir in onions; cook 2 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chicken; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and seasonings; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally while mashing tomatoes with back of spoon.

Add Kraft Dinner Smart; mix lightly.
