1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground beef
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
1 pkg. (225 g) frozen mini tart shells, thawed
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in meat and seasonings; cook 5 min. or just until meat is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. (Meat will not be done.) Remove from heat. Add cream cheese product; stir until melted.
Step 3
Place tart shells on baking sheet; fill with meat mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
Step 4
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until meat is done and shells are golden brown. Top with coriander.
