3/4 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup ice cubes

Cut 1 corner off top of drink pouch with scissors; pour drink into blender. Add all remaining ingredients except ice; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
