1/2 lb. fettuccine or Linguine
2 each: medium zucchini, cut in narrow strips and cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Step 1
COOK pasta according to package directions, adding zucchini during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain. Return to saucepan.
Step 2
ADD 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) cheese to pasta and mix until melted.
Step 3
STIR tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil into pasta. Garnish with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
