Step 1
PIERCE potatoes and microwave until tender. Scoop out potato centres leaving 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) shell.
Step 2
MASH potato centres with milk. Add broccoli, onion and cheese.
Step 3
BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
