1 each: zucchini and red pepper, sliced into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces
1 romaine lettuce, washed and torn
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup whole black olives
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing

How do I make it ?

Step 1
PLACE vegetables on hot grill and remove when slightly charred and tender.
Step 2
ARRANGE lettuce on large serving platter and place vegetables over top. Place tomatoes and olives in center of platter. Sprinkle cheese over entire salad.
Step 3
DRIZZLE with dressing and serve.
