1 large, round Italian bread, unsliced
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
4 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
8 slices cooked ham
2 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Step 1
SLICE top off bread, 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) down; reserve. Hollow out bread, leaving 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) crust.
Step 2
SAUTE mushrooms in butter until tender.
Step 3
LAYER inside bread half the cheeses, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions; repeat layers.
Step 4
REPLACE top and wrap in foil.
Step 5
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes and cut into wedges to serve.
