1/4 cup each finely chopped onions and fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Mix all ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
