1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground lamb
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
8 slider buns, toasted
1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumbers
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1/2 tsp. zest and 1-1/2 tsp. juice from 1 lemon

How do I make it ?
Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and pepper just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F).
Meanwhile, prepare Tzatziki Sauce.
Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with watercress, Tzatziki Sauce and tops of buns.

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Prepare using ground turkey.
Top cooked burgers with slivered red onions or thin plum tomato slices in addition to the watercress.
