They add mild to medium heat and lots of complex flavour to all sorts of Mexican dishes. You and your family are sure to love what these flavourful chiles bring to this easy baked chicken recipe.

3 guajillo chiles, hydrated
1 jar (650 mL) Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
6 corn tortillas (6 inch), cut in half
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Blend chiles and 1 cup pasta sauce in blender until smooth. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chile mixture, onions, garlic, 1 tsp. oregano and remaining pasta sauce; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce mixture for later use. Mix cream cheese and milk until blended.
Step 4
Spread 1/3 of the remaining pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 4 tortilla halves; half each of the chicken, remaining pasta sauce mixture and cream cheese mixture; and 1/4 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers.
Step 5
Top with remaining tortillas, reserved pasta sauce mixture, and remaining mozzarella and oregano; cover.
Step 6
Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.

How to Hydrate the Guajillo Chiles
Use plastic gloves to remove the stems of the chiles; shake out and discard the seeds. Place chiles in small bowl. Add enough boiling water to cover chiles; let stand 10 to 15 min. or until chiles are softened.
