1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
3 Tbsp. (about 1/2 of 85-g pkg.) Jell-O Cherry Jelly Powder
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder, divided
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 cup cold milk
2 oz. (1/3 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate
1 tub (450 g) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
2 Tbsp. jelly beans

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour half the batter into separate bowl; stir in cherry jelly powder until blended. Stir 3 Tbsp. orange jelly powder into remaining batter. Pour each coloured batter into separate parchment-lined greased and floured 9-inch round pan.
Step 3
Bake 28 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool cakes 15 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 4
Meanwhile, drain oranges, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Pour reserved liquid into small saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining dry orange jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool completely.
Step 5
Beat cream cheese, dry pudding mix, milk, oranges and dissolved orange jelly powder with mixer until blended. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from white chocolate. (See tip.)
Step 6
Cut cake layers horizontally in half; stack alternately on plate, filling layers with cooled orange filling.
Step 7
Spoon frosting into medium bowl. Add Cool Whip; whisk until blended. Spread onto top and side of cake. Decorate with chocolate curls and jelly beans.

How to Make the Chocolate Curls
Warm the white chocolate by microwaving it on HIGH for a few seconds. Draw vegetable peeler slowly over flat bottom of chocolate to make the curls.
