1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3-1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 pkg. (85 g each) ladyfingers, split
4 drops red food colouring
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
2-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Step 1
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed 1 min. or until well blended. Add food colouring to Cool Whip; whisk until blended.
Step 2
Line bottom of 13x9-inch pan with half the ladyfingers; top with layers of half each of the pudding, Cool Whip and berries. Repeat all layers.
Step 3
Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with chocolate.
